Nani’s HIT 3 keeps holding its heads high in its Indian box-offices journey. The film is full of good craftsmanship in storylines, plots, and the speeches of its artists, enabling it to capture the fancy of audiences all over the country despite being a film with an A certificate. The film inflicted the tortuous Indian box office with a severe ₹4 crores on the second Sunday of its release (11th day), and solidified its holding in the race to be one of the more successful thrillers in recent times.
A part of a widely popular franchise called HIT (Homicide Intervention Team), HIT 3 seems to have hit the right notes with thriller lovers. Directed by Sailesh Kolanu, HIT 3 takes audiences into the deep, dark world of crime investigations, complex emotions, and psychological twists. Nani’s portrayal of a broodingly sharp and obsessive investigator has received maximum kudos from both critics and fans alike. With each installation, expectations have been escalating, and with HIT 3, they seem to have delivered even beyond that.
Despite being an A-rated film, one stark characteristic about the film keeping a steady pace even in the second week is quite remarkable. It would be common, after just a few days of showtime, to have a steady drop in footfalls for such thrillers; unlike any other, this particular movie moved with strength right along. Strong word of mouth and some retention from audiences are reflected in the weekend numbers, especially the ₹4 crore on the second Sunday.
All the technical features in HIT 3 have been wonderfully and painstakingly crafted to further enhance the entire viewership experience. The dark gritty visuals feel like the perfect companion for the storyline, keeping audiences glued. The screenplay maintains high-energy pacing, never letting the suspense drop, and with a climax that delivers a worthy payoff, audiences are still jumping buzzing with excitement.

The vitality of social media in a sustained conversation around HIT 3 cannot be overstated: from extended fan reviews to scene breakdowns to appreciation of Nani’s work, there has never ceased to be conversation that has translated into viewers trickling into theatres even in the film’s second week. Nany’s performance is being branded by many fans and critics alike as possibly one of his most memorable achievements ever. Some are even saying it is becoming the benchmark in crime thrillers in Indian cinema.
The movie is headed toward being a declared commercial success, with trade pundits anticipating that HIT 3 may soon be certified as such, with revenues teetering around the ₹50 crore mark. The real icing on the cake in how possible its smooth sailing is, despite concurrent release with competition and all-around A-rated limitations of screens.
In summation, HIT 3 goes beyond a sequel. It stands as a crime saga that resonates with an audience fond of layered storytelling and intense drama. The film made ₹4 crores on just its 11th day and still appears to be winding down. Nani’s strategic risk-laden departure from the known into dark and mature territory has paid him dividends, and HIT 3 stands to be one of the year’s most extraordinary thrillers.
Whether you are a sucker for crime dramas or intuitively in search of a deep and intriguing film, watching HIT 3 is totally worth it.
