TO THE POINT: Nissan Magnite Gets Official CNG Retrofitment for Rs. 74,999

Nissan Magnite now gets a government-approved CNG retrofitment kit.
The CNG kit is manufactured by Motozen and costs an additional ₹74,999.
This retrofitment is only compatible with the 1.0-litre naturally aspirated (NA) petrol variant.
It is available exclusively with the manual transmission version of the Magnite.
The CNG kit comes with a warranty of three years or one lakh kilometres.
The rollout will happen in phases, starting with seven Indian states.
Phase 1 includes Delhi NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Kerala, and Karnataka.
Other states will receive the CNG kits in the second phase of rollout.
The ex-showroom price of the CNG-equipped Nissan Magnite is ₹6.89 lakh.
Mileage and performance figures are not yet available as certification is still in process.
