If reports are anything to go by, Netflix has bagged the streaming rights for Raid 2. It is rumoured that Raid 2 will hit the OTT platform on June 27. However, there is a probability that the date will be slightly pushed back, with the new release window expected around July 4-5.

Raid 2 storyline

The film tells the tale of Amay Patnaik, a brave yet honest officer portrayed by Ajay Devgn. This time, he is pitted against Dada Bhai, a corrupt and all-powerful politician played by Riteish Deshmukh. Even though he is suspended and threatened, Amay never withdraws and chases a huge black money racket leading up to Dada Bhai.
The narrative takes an interesting twist when Tauji (portrayed by renowned Saurabh Shukla-who incidentally was also in Raid 1) enters the canvas.
