The Mahindra XUV700 features a 10.25-inch digital driver display and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
It gets a premium Sony 3D surround sound system with 12 speakers, which offers a great audio experience.
The driver’s seat is powered and comes with memory function, along with front ventilated seats and dual-zone automatic climate control.
Features like panoramic sunroof, cruise control, keyless entry, push-button start, and ambient lighting are also available.
Safety features include seven airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, tire pressure monitoring system, 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, and driver fatigue warning.
Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features such as forward collision warning, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, emergency braking and adaptive cruise control are also offered on the XUV700.
Engine options include a 2.0-litre turbo petrol (200 PS, 380 Nm) and a 2.2-litre diesel (156 PS to 185 PS) with 6-speed manual and automatic transmission options available.
The XUV700 has two main variants – MX and AX (AdrenoX); the MX is a 5-seater while the AX variants are available in 5-, 6-, and 7-seater configurations.
The SUV competes with the likes of the Hyundai Alcazar, Tata Safari and the MG Hector Plus.
Mahindra has slashed prices of some AX7 and AX7 L variants of the XUV700 by up to Rs 75,000.
